(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Not being "credit China" (www.creditchina.gov. Cn), China Government Procurement network (www.ccgp.gov. Cn) shall be included in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trust-breaking, major tax illegal trust-breaking subjects, and serious illegal trust-breaking behaviors in government procurement; (2) It shall be a legal person or an unincorporated organization legally established in China; (3) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
