Service period: January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The original service provider will continue to provide services until the completion of this procurement. If the winning bidder is not the original service provider, the service fees generated during this period will be paid by the winning bidder according to the winning bid price after the procurement work is completed, the fees will be calculated as (winning bid price / 365) * the number of service days provided by the original service provider (See Chapter 3 for details). 合同履约期限：2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日。 The Contract Period: January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. 本项目（否）接受联合体投标。 Joint Bids: (NO)Available.
二、申请人的资格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：（1）扶持中小企业政策：本项目不是专门面向中小企业采购，评审时小型和微型企业产品享受10%的价格折扣；（2）残疾人福利性单位，并将其视同小微型企业。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Support for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises procurement, small and micro enterprise products enjoy 10% price discount at the time of review; (2) If the bidder is a welfare unit for people with disabilities, it will be treated as a small and micro enterprise. (c)本项目的特定资格要求：1、未被“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法失信主体、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单； (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trustbreaking, major tax law and trustbreaking subjects, and serious illegal and trustbreaking behaviors of government procurement; 2. Must have the Surveying and Mapping Qualification Certificate issued by the competent department of natural resources according to law, the qualification level must be B or above, and the business scope includes photogrammetry and remote sensing; (3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization legally established in China; 4. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project. (i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定； (i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China"; (ii)未被“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单； (ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
