(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the quota reservation measures, increase the share of smes in government procurement, and support the policy of smes: This project is specifically for the procurement of smes, and no price discount will be implemented for the products of smes during the review. (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn) in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trustbreaking, major tax law and trustbreaking subjects, and serious illegal and trustbreaking behaviors of government procurement; (2) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization legally established in China; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
