In view of the fact that the platform is aimed at a diverse customer group such as government offices, towns, communities and their technical units in Pudong New Area, it is necessary to establish a comprehensive and optimized system operation and maintenance framework to achieve continuous service high availability, fast and effective fault response, continuous monitoring and optimization of system performance, and data and operation security. 二、申请人的资格要求
2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers
